Doctor, Anyone?

After we took a trip up to Idaho for Labor Day, Eli just took off talking. One of his first sentences was, after spilling cereal, "This is mess!" He'll say things like, "I want that kind" of cereal for breakfast, "I go bye bye", "This is fun!","High five!", and this is so funny - "Fist bump!" as he hits his fist against yours. Really he can say most things now, and it's so wonderful. He'll say, "Open, peez", "Up, peez", "No nap", "Change diaper". He can count, "1,2,6", and he knows all of his colors, except he can't match the name to the color. When Evelyn started kindergarten, he learned her name, "Eh-a-lyn" and recently learned his own. He used to ask to watch TV by saying "Einsteins", (his favorite show.) Now he's expanding his horizons and when he wants TV he'll say, really fast, "Steins, Doora, George, SooWhy (Super Why)".He loves to make people laugh and is so enthusiastic about life. He actually squeals for joy and giggles, "Hee hee hee".
Today in church he says to me really loudly, "I go pee!"

I love it! How fun for you. How old is he now? I love it when they start talking. I still remember Jeffrey's first real sentence at two years old (More than all of his "I like milk, I like you" sentences) when I was at the hospital having Bryce. He told Nana, "Not want take a bath!"

He's so cute. You should have him be Harry Potter for Halloween. He's such a cutie.
